Finally, meep needs to redefine its market segment and create a user experience which can't be found elsewhere. At first we defined it as towny however that doesn't seem to be a place where people are interested which is why I suggest we move to a more survival based server where players can experience different types of survival and pvp, such as airship and the new survival mode.

I'm a +1 for you to be a tech because you have the experience and you know what's going on. You have previous experience with the people on the current team. You know what the community wants and doesn't and you are normally fairly good at communication.
However, I'm not sure I'm really on board with how you plan to enrich the Meep experience. I'm not a huge fan of survival or PvP. A lot of people aren't. If Meep turns into this, I'm gone. We are already losing the Towny feel and more and more people are leaving. I'd rather see Towny stuff be re-worked. I get it can only be re-worked to a certain point, but it would be nice to see something different and unique. Does this correlate to what is currently being worked on in the team to improve Meep?
