Staff are here to help. That includes answering peoples questions in global. Being active is irrelevant when you aren't doing anything to benefit the server.

Where do you get the notion that I am not doing anything to benefit the server? From the fact that I am not as active in shout as some other members of the community? I have been very helpful to a lot of people on different platforms, including msg and teamspeak. I help whenever I can and answer any questions that come my way. And to reiterate, by active I mean active in the community (not just sitting afk in game), which is a very relevant and important part of being staff member, and also very helpful to the server. Not to mention, you haven't been on the server in 23 days. You are permanently banned due to an inappropriate name. How can you make claims such as these when you have been gone for such a long time?
