Hai Jwarian! Its nice to meet you! I thought your application was really great, however you have to be more active in the community, meaning on TeamSpeak, Forums and in /shout or /g .

I was very shy when I joined teamspeak, but after a couple days of going on there regularly I started to make some friends and
feel like I was a part of something. (like family)
I haven't seen you on forums, but all aside you have the potential to be a great helper. Judging by your application you seem to know what you're getting into and don't just want the title or anything like that.

If you find me on teamspeak I'd love to chat with you and help the community know you, it won't take too long to re-introduce you to
the community. I won't leave a vote for now, since I don't know you personally yet. (but I hope that can change!) I will change my vote after I figure out who you are and your intentions. (don't be worried its not a quiz or anything)

Although you likely don't know me, I remember you being staff. You did your job exceptionally well.
I haven't seen you in game recently, or on ts and forums, but your application and previous experience convinces me that you are ready for staff.

One thing though, I would like to see more forums activity, as well as in game and ts. (If you haven't already)

You're definitely qualified for staff, you're a good leader and you handle situations very well. We may not have really gotten the chance to know each other that well, but from what I've heard, you seem like a pretty decent guy. Hope to get the chance to know ya more ;)
