I think it would be useful if when you /seen an AFK player it will say [AFK] or something like that before their name.

Would be cool if the afk plugin worked as advertised. As it is, you'd just get a bunch of false reports, so I'm at -1 until afk works better.

False reports as in if I just stand there for a few seconds it tells me I'm afk?

And +1 to this idea. Would like to see some serious changes to the afk system.

Not the most useful idea, however some people would want this at certain times and it is a pretty cool thing rather than the chat being spammed with [player] had gone AFK. +1

+1, and also, maybe a system where if you msg the person it returns "This player is AFK, when they come back, they will recieve your message"

Personally, I think my idea is an alert to someone being AFK only when you msg them is better, but Idrc.

You should be alerted if a player is afk whe you use /seen and /msg.
The way that the afk plugin checks if you are afk also needs to be changed. Right now, I believe that the server does random checks every so often and if you are standing still, even if only for a second, you are set as afk. This should be changed to a timer that starts if you are standing still. If the timer reaches, say, 5mins, then you are set as afk.
