Requesting a Builder/Designer

Posted a thread on Marketplace but I guess this is a more proper place to post.

You can visit the town in Alpha @ /pwarp afk or just /t spawn animewh.
I need a builder for a house hopefully a minimum of 4 plots. Not looking for any specific style or anything as long as it looks good.

I'm also looking for someone who can design the inside of 2 basically empty houses.

Builders must have previous experience and provide their own supplies. I'm quite generous with pay and if there's enough interest I'd be happy to have two builders.

I would just like to add that we can supply 95% of the materials unless it's it involves a ton of materials that exceed our budget. However this is something we can discuss IG and is shouldn't be worried about for now. You can contact me by mailing me, telling me on forums or by doing the same to miniarch. Preferably the two of us.

Unfortunately, the rooms that I'd like decorated aren't as big and open as the ones in your SS :)

Actually if you're interested I would be open to changes to any space in the 2 houses
