Maybe if staff respected players they wouldn't turn toxic :) and my comment is in no way disrespecting staff.

Staff does respect the players that deserve respect. But to get respect you need to prove that you are someone to look up to through the actions you do and what you say.
The reason i am saying this is that i think you and me have a wildly different opinion about what real respect is. I think respect is when you can say that a person is someone to look up to, meaning that the person is some type of role model. On the other hand i think you are thinking about showing respect for each other, but i do not see that as real respect. I think of that as something everyone does in their own way. Meaning that it is more like a courtesy then anything else.
