Buying access to a cow/leather grinder/farm

Read the title. Prices negotiable. In the case that there are 2 offers the lowest cost will be weighed versus highest production.
*No, before you even ask, I don't want access to your 10 cow "farm". Cows should be spawned via spawners to be worth an offer.

It doesn't have to be an insane amount, but 10-25 seems reasonable

Issue with this is cows are a passive mob and thus in order for you to kill them you would need to be a resident on a town owned plot otherwise the destroy tag needs to be on and I for one will not allow that on my plots for outsiders. For that reason I'm out.

You would have to retain ownership of the plot, Walrus. Otherwise, it'd be a rules violation. Builderjunkie012 is an elite, and elites can't own cow spawners.

Clarification: they can't be on an embassy since I'm elite, it would have to be on a plot owned by an ultimate or in a town with an ultimate mayorThis wasn't completed but I guess since it's not possible now that's ok
