At the end of the review period the majority decision was not to accept you as a member of the staff team at this time. I have seen a difference in you in the recent past that shows vast improvements and I hope that you continue in this direction.
As you mentioned in your application the attitude at that time was not pretty. I think your word for that time was “terrible”. You also mentioned part of it was due to irl issues and I want to say personally that saying that and being as honest as you were is a big step towards healing or fixing those issues and I wish you nothing but success in getting past those tough times.
Sometimes even when we make a decision to change and to move in a positive direction the past still comes up and is remembered over the change. I ask you to keep moving forward and with doing that and with showing people that actions speak loader than words. You will prove to everyone and especially yourself that you are a great person nothing can stand in your way.
