I don't really see the point of this, its really not up to the players of the server and i doubt that a survey will change that fact. Anyways, even if it were up to the players there's a large amount of people for each side of the debate.

The server isn't actually resetting - chill.
You're looking at the negatives as well. Think about it. People starting off more equal then before, a better eco, Diamonds at 1000 again.
I don't relaly care for a reset either way, but the people pro reset do make good points.
