Okay, your minecraft updated to 1.9 so you need to make sure you exit out of minecraft first.
Open minecraft, do not click "play"
Go to edit profile
towards the bottom of "edit profile" there is "use version"
Click on "use version" and say 1.8.9
then say "save profile"
You should be able to play Meepcraft again.
