You seem like a great person, and you could very well be an excellent helper in the future, but I would like to point some things out:

- Your application (specifically your ‘Why’ and ‘Weaknesses’ sections) could have been more elaborate. How do you make a difference in the Meepcraft community and stand out above any other applicant, besides having the basic traits that a Helper applicant should already have? What do you have to offer to the community (ex. experience for leadership positions, experience with Prism and other staff tools)? Also, we all have weaknesses; try to think about some of the weaknesses that you have!

- I have never seen you on Minecraft or the forums before, and Teamspeak is required in order to be a staff member.

For now, I am giving you a -1. Remember that a low score does not mean that you are a bad person; it means that you have things to work on. I suggest that you look through accepted applications to get an idea of the activity/qualities of a helper that you are aiming for.

You seem really nice but I'll have to -1 for the following reasons.

First, let's start with your application. Your application was extremely short. 'I love helping people.' We hear that in each application. What makes you different? What makes you love helping people? Elaborate more on the points you stated in your why, because the why is the important part.

Your introduction didn't tell me anything about you in real life. The only thing I got was that you joined an alpha town. Try keep the 'Meep stories' out of your introduction, intros are to explain who you are, what you like doing, favourite subjects etc..

Now, weaknesses. Everyone has at least one weakness, so you can't go away with none. Weaknesses are good because they show us what you can't really do and you can also improve on them too.

Now let's move onto your server based activity. I may have seen you online once or twice, but other than that, you are very inactive. Try bump your in game activity to 3 hours+ if you can, or if you are, just be more active in /g/shout. Help more there too. I've also never seen you on forums, which is a lack. Try involving yourself in discussion threads, debates, or even try help people in Q&A!

Also, you said Ferrret might not want to be a reference. You must ask people if they'd like to be a reference on your application before you put them down, because while in the interview process, staff can ask the references for feedback on you. So don't just randomly put your friends names down :)

So overall, there are quite a few things to work on, but that's okay! It's good to have things to work on, nobody is perfect! Good

Hai! Like the other players said, you must have TeamSpeak, also be active on Forums, and in game /g . I want people to get to know you, everyone has lots of potential!! You should wait a month or two before re-applying..I won't leave a vote, because I don't think you know what you are actually getting into. "Helper" is a voluntary job, you have to help players with their issues (like them seeing hackers, theft or Towny problems) , and put them first instead of doing what you normally do in Meep. I however, don't want you to give up on this if you think that Helper is something you want to do. I hope you have a great day, and meep on!!

Teamspeak is required. You both have to use ts to speak and to bond with the community. Meetings and the like are also held here.

Why would you put a reference on your list if you have not asked them? Always ask and get confirmation before adding someone as a ref.

I really want you to introduce yourself. Not your meep life. Yourself. Tell me about you, your favorite subjects, if you have any pets, let me get to know you.

You can help people without the helper tag! Answer questions in shout, help a new person get started in a town, you can do lots of things to help. Being helper isn't only about helping.

Overall the app was poor and had little info and detail. I suggest taking a few hours and try putting a ton of good content in there.
I also have not really seen you active on any aspect of the server. I have not seen you. Put yourself out there, most of us don't bite.

Currently not ready for staff, try again in a couple months :3
