Clear lag

I would give players things and without reason they would disappear before they could even pick it up, so I do wish there was some kind of warning. I've lost countless ores, tools, armor and other things. I honestly don't mind spam from the game itself, its when players create it, it bothers me a bit.

maybe there can be a command like /clearlag or something that tells you how long until its going to happen

I dislike this, not everyone will know about the command, what it means, how it exists.
And people will forget about it when they drop something, and then lose their stuff.

+1, because omg is the current situation a terrible idea.

Even back when it came with warnings, clearlag caused issues. Without warnings, it's basically death to farming, digging, mining, hunting, and woodcutting, plus raids or building rehabs where you're salvaging valuable blocks for sale/reuse. You're officially guaranteed that clearlag will swallow a portion of the fruits of your labors.

And just imagine all the modreqs when prizes from slot machines are being eaten.
