I've recently had a mansion built by @K9_Caper so i wanted to put a little review here.

I am very impressed with the work K9 did in my town, the building came out excellent at a reasonable price and he was in communication with me throughout the build talking about the project to make sure it came out to my specifications and even asked me afterwards if there were things i wanted added or changed. Redstone is integrated into the house for a few functions and that makes the house seem more realistic which is pretty awesome. Overall the build and the service were top notch and i will most likely be hiring him again soon. 10/10 would recommend.

Tell me if you dislike or need anything changed. Also, because of the odd shape (since it is being built around a shoreline), there are not as many redstone features present :( but I still managed to get some lighting and a secret room in.

Looking for a nice house to be built in my alpha town (/pwarp animewh/sjp).
Possibly two? You list multiple styles of building and I'd like to see the variety of building styles you can bring.
I'd prefer it not have to be built on flat land as my town has plenty of natural landscaping but if that's what's comfortable that's fine with me.

Sure, if I provide materials, the cost comes down to about 2.5 million (assuming you don't want the smarthouse redstone features).

I'm most comfortable with building modern, medieval, and "Italian Renaissance". To be completely honest, I haven't worked with medieval as much as I have worked with the other two styles. For all customers (unless they say not to), I build what they want in singleplayer and send them screenshots to ensure their satisfaction. If you prefer it be built on landscape, then I will build it on landscape. Just contact me in game so I can see what you specifically want and I'll get started in my singleplayer.I'll be out for a week (spring break vacation). Won't be able to play, but Ill check the forums daily. Let me know if anyone wants anything built.
