Bug: anyone can use ultimate shop for fireworks

Summary of Bug: If you go to any ranked shop you can't use it unless you have that rank. But the ultimate shop for fireworks only is supposed to be for ultimate only but can be used by anybody.

The fireworks were meant to be bought by anyone, this is not a bug, ty anyways.
