Introduction: Hey! Dawn here. I wont take too much of your time with introductions but here's a little bit about me beyond game.

My name is Alexander Thornhill (Xander if you prefer) I'm currently 15 and I'm a freshman in high school. While lots of other kids at my school take the regular courses (Physical Science and Algebra 1) Through extra tutoring and lots of work I have already completed Them and am in Ap Algebra II and Chemistry 1. I currently have a 3.9 cumulative GPA. But I do a lot more beyond school, because I believe my dreams are worth chasing. Particularly my dream of being a professional Oboeist

Music- I play tons of instruments, Oboe, Flute. Alto Sax, Tenor, Violin, and Piano. I also sing and write songs.

Service- I'm a Part of National Honors Society and I enjoy doing service for those In need (required 25 hours. Last year I did 35)

I have also received a 29 on my ACT as of recent.

In game- You probably know me because of my chatting in world and joking around in chat. Im a year and a half veteran. So I'm starting to see who's been here since my beginning on meep!!

Why should you be Helper? Now beyond the introductions I firmly believe I am ready for this position, and here's why.

Determination- Throughout my many years of playing Meepcraft I have intense determination to reach my goals.

Kind Heartedness- I try to be kind to everyone because that's exactly how everyone deserves to be treated. Nobody deserves to feel left out, threatened or anything that can be hurtful or very personal

Commands- While I do not know all of them, I know a vast quantity of them and try to help others out in chat as I see them.

Activity- While I am involved a lot at school, I always have time to come on Meepcraft for at least 4 hours a night, I'm on teamspeak mostly at night so you might not see me on TS as much as in game.

Loyalty- I am loyal to this server and is my only server I am active on, I will never leave because there is too much friendship and people who have made my life seem bright in the darkest of my days.

What are your weaknesses? Anger- This is something many people may have seen in chat. I can be angered on certain topics, and whenever I have gotten mad its been very hurtful to some people. But while I have been angry in chat I have resolved any conflicts I have faced because I have put myself in peoples shoes to see what it feels like, and its not right. I have not had any recent outbursts.

Homework- While I do not usually have homework, sometimes I have homework that can damage my availability on meepcraft, Also Tests in school.

Reliance on friends- During my time on meepcraft I have put a lot of reliance on my friends. If I was handling a modreq with them though, I will disregard any personal things I've had with them and deal with whatever they have done wrong, because there is no excuse to doing wrong on meep.
Maturity- I'm 15 so maturity can definitely be an issue at times. I crack jokes in chat and I love to use the

The app was overall pretty alright, I'd like to see a bit more depth to the why, otherwise a job well done.

I do see you, you always have a pretty good attitude, I wish I saw you more. You have a good activity though.

You haven't given me a lot of reason as to why I think you should be a good helper outside of this app.

*You're angered way too often.
*It's okay when you make "Why I Should Be Helper" into a list, its just preferred by some people to have it in paragraphs.
*I don't see you helping in chat as much as you crack random jokes, and just chat around.
*You don't do well under pressure
*15 is a good age for staff, you know a lot of things that some younger people do not and would not understand (weakness of too young staff, not saying younger kids wouldn't know)

I liked reading this app, it was straight to the point.
You have the patience and hard working motive that I think will benefit the staff team.
And you don't give up easily.
I know you as a person and my best friend and Dawn is one of the few people on Meep that will drop whatever he's doing to
help someone in need (sound cliché but none the less its true)

I think you've grown as a person from when I met you. Our case as friends is different than most. We used to fight and despise one another with everything we had, but we've grown as friends. You're a great person, with great ideas and you're one of my best friends. You have a little bit of an issue with maturity, and we need to know before we grow. You have a chance, and you've changed. Sometimes it's better to ignore the problem, so there is no more conflict. Your opinion is so insanely biased. Also telling everyone to hate this player is completely unacceptable & proves that you would make a terrible helper.

I think you would make a great staff member. Not only were you kind and courteous as a staff member back when you were silverleaf2001 and a citizen, you really can interact with the community. You also can learn quickly, and you can deal with troublemakers.

We've been friends for quite a while now and i have gotten to know you very well. A lot has changed since your last application, some of the better and some for the worse. When i saw your first application i didn't know wether to put -1 or +1 because i had never seen you before. At that time i choose to chat a bit with you before replying, i ended up with a +1 because of your first impression.
Now i'm not quite sure if i'm still a +1 because honestly you've done lots of stuff for me but not in any helpful way. I can imagine you as a helper and when i think about it, i see you as a lousy helper because right now, you never even try to help. You help people very little. You are able to help out a lot more than you do at the moment and i really want to see you help more.

There is no doubt that you are an awesome human but on team speak you may come off as alittle rude, here is why; you always sing(i don't really care) but you are most likely told to stop by other people and you never listen. You just keep singing and ignore the people who tell you to stop. This shows that you don't respect other people. And as mockingbae mentioned, you were told to switch your mic to push to talk because of all the background noices and you didn't do it which caused(as an example) me to get off team speak/move channels. You didn't handle on the issue, how are you gonna be able to handle on the issues you would get as a helper if you can't handle this one?
Besides that, your team speak activity is alright, i have only seen you on 3 times ever but that's something about my activity there.

In-game, you're chatty whenever you are on but then again, you don't help you just chat. Your temper is a little bad and reflects in the way you chat. Especially if someone is rude/insults a friend of yours, you go off and use swear words. That's why you were denied the last time, how did you improve on that?

I think you would be a great staff member, just a few tweaks here and there but I see potential in you. I mean all I want is staff to actually REALLY think about adding people to the staff team, because they are so... desperate... it's actually kinda sad. But I think you would do great! I mean I haven't been on meep in forever but you seem like a great guy and I would love to be your friend if I met you kinda guy. +1! I hope I can meet you the next time I'm on meep!

You edited your application, which you should know is highly looked down upon. I don't really know you that well, but I don't find you mature and helpful at all. You seem to make problems with some people, especially if you're not listening to the community on Teamspeak. As staff, listening to the players is a big role. If you did that as a staff member, that would be completely unacceptable. The day you were gonna have an interview, every message you posted in global chat was how nervous and stuff you were about it. You seem like a person that is all about yourself, and by really others. I don't see you being helpful, especially in global. Your messages are rather immature for the most part. I believe you put what we want to hear in the application, and not exactly what is true.

Also, http://m.imgur.com/a/NGmxr. This is what you said after you were accepted for interview. You were getting close to being a staff member, and the fact that you would say that is just astonishing. Then the way you reacted after you were denied was even worse. You almost rage quit, and that really dimmed my reputation for you. Your attitude is not what a staff member's attitude should be, and I feel you would get mad and overreact often. I don't trust that you would handle hard situations well, and you wouldn't be able to handle annoying people and people that may give you trouble.

If you wait a few months and completely improve and change, I think you could possibly be a good staff member. But for now, I do not believe you would make a good staff member. -1
