I am a young 5th grader who lives in a small town and takes Martial arts lessons. I have Sunday School and church on Sundays. I like animals and School, which I like to do. I like Reading as it is a world of imagination. I also like to play meepcraft. I may not be as mature as others, but I do not take this lightly.

My life today is fun and I am working on many issues with maturity, Being active, and proper English. I am going into middle school next year and I Like poetry and painting.
I also like being with brothers and sisters and understand complexity in some things that some staff may know that I don't.

Why should you be Helper? I feel like I should be helper because

- Community. I am part of the community and some smile at me, while others do not enjoy my presence.

-Kindness I was taught by my teacher to respect everyone no matter what.

- Trustworthy. I feel like I am trustworthy as I have been taught not to lie nor steal.

What are your weaknesses? Patience.

I am working on it by trying to be more patient.

First things first, TeamSpeak is required to be a staff member, so if you can download that and start to interact with the community through that platform. As for your application, you seem like a well rounded kid with some good morals. Despite that, I feel that it didn't quite stand out to me. Looking at accepted staff applications is a great way to find out what the staff team is looking for, as well as learning different qualities that make an application stand out from the others. I believe I have seen you online here and there, but I haven't really had any experiences with you.

Overall the app had little effort put into it and needs heavy proofreading. You also aren't too constructive on forums and as seen by various things you've posted you don't quite know the job.
You aren't really ready for the position. Take a month or two, learn the server, the job, become more active in global and on TS, learn better maturity, and try again.

Hai Snowy! I think you're a sweet kid..but your application is lacking a few things. Like xXAdotXx said, you do need TeamSpeak, also you didn't really explain why you want to be Helper, nor explain what your personality is. Note that some people know you and may give more information, but there are people who have never met you before (maybe because of time zones) and need to visualize your personality and how you act towards others. I have nothing but good things when I met you and you can be quite helpful. It's a 0.5 from me, I wish you the best my friend!

Hi!

You seem pretty nice in-game, but there are things that I would like to point out:

-Your Introduction is longer than your 'Why' section, which usually gives people the wrong idea about your intentions to apply for Helper. Please fix that if you ever decide to submit another application in the future.
-Overall, your application didn't really explain to me why you feel that you should be helper. Please fix this, as well.
-TeamSpeak is a must for staff; if you were to get selected for an interview, that's where it would be held. I suggest that you come on TS once in a while! -I barely see you on Minechat and the forums, and I haven't seen you help on either (though it could be because of timezones, but I am only 2-3 hours behind you).
-You posted a ban request on yourself, which shows me that you are not mature enough to handle a staff position.

I am giving you a -1. Please remember that low votes do not necessarily mean that you are a bad person; they just mean that you have room for improvement! I suggest that you look through applications that have already been accepted.

I see you're improving and you're trying your best to improve but you are just not quite there yet.

I will have to be a -1 because:

You reported yourself so you could get banned on the server for 2 days?! Why would you even want that?

Your application was better than the last one but yet it was still pretty bad, you might want to find someone who could help you read it and correct any mistakes you've made.

You're a sweet guy don't get me wrong but you're just not staff material and i think you would have to wait for a long time before being able to become staff.

To be honest, you have done a great job trying not to be as immature as you usually are, keep it up! :)

Why did I point out all of the grammatical errors you might ask - well it's so he can fix them. Having bad grammar as a staff member makes you and the whole server look unprofessional. He seems like a very nice person that I think has potential for being staff, but there are a few problems that need to be fixed.

This app was slightly better than your earlier apps, but what I want to see is longer why section, and I also want whole app itself to be better. Also, what I want you to do, is this: If you apply again someday, tell us your age, and get Teamspeak. Staff do wanna know your real age, and if you wanna get in Staff team, you must get Teamspeak, interview is done in there, and if you do not have TS, you do not get in Staff team. Not to be rude or sound harsh, but if you continue with this rate, you'll never get Helper. I suggest you start listening to people, and take their hints seriously. Also, take a look at accepted applications to see perfect examples of applications which Staff wanna see.

You've been told to get Teamspeak if you want to get staff previously, which shows you don't listen.
Your application was extremely weak and didn't show me why you should be chosen to be a staff member here.
