Introduction: I joined a few months ago and I really love this server. I would love to be able to help it grow. I know a lot about it since I ask many questions. I'm really smart and do really well in school. I love math and am amazing at using computers.

Why should you be Helper? I am very helpful and love helping others. I have many ideas to help the server and would love to participate in the growth of this amazing community.

What are your weaknesses? I am sometimes impatient and lack the ability to communicate well. I am also rather pessimistic but in the last few months that has been starting to change.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I am very friendly and love helping people.

Your application was really bad and you could definitely have done much better. Your introduction is about you, your personality, not about what you do for the server.

So, you say your 13? I am younger than this age and know if your applying for a staff position you have to write your best. This isn't a little fourth grade essay, you are applying for Helper on the biggest economy server.
Lets start, I like you, you ask questions and aren't afraid to ask for help when most needed! I love the way you joined a few months ago and are eager to help us grow, but we have a little tweeks to work out first. For starters, teamspeak is needed for voice player interactions and the staff interview. The introduction is where we should be getting to know you, what you do for fun, whats your favorite school subject, stuff like that to get us interested in you. Human interactions/communications are very valuable assets for a staff member to have, you could always try to be as friendly and interactive as you possibly can (don't creep people out though)

First off, you shouldn't edit your application. Once it's submitted, it has to stay in its original form. Second, you should've gotten Teamspeak once you started typing your application. TS is a priority for interviews.

This is an intro that uses the idea of Talking about when you joined, who got you into Meepcraft, and so on. That idea is a very big cliche that's used often in New Player applications. Talk about yourself! Talk about your hobbies, what classes you take in school, etc. The sentence "I really love this server" and "I would love to help it grow" won't really tell us that you can actually do that. I've seen no acts-of-helping from you.

This is where the purpose of references come in. You say you're "very helpful" and you "love helping others". But you can't prove that unless you have proof. And that proof is the players on your reference list. You ask them if they can be on your list, and they can reply with "Yes" or "No".
If you have ideas that will "help" the server, write a Suggestion.

Overall, -1. I don't find you ready for Helper, since you like using the word "Love" in basically almost every sentence you type.

Well I've seen you online time by time, but not that often(Timezones might be reason). This app was short and lacking, you should take a look at accepted applications to see good examples of great applications. And you edited it which is not allowed, unless you change "Yes" to TS, meaning that you got it. And into that, you should get TS before applying.

You are very nice and eager to help. I have talked to you many times in-game, but like other people are saying, you need teamspeak. Also, writing an app is something you have to put time into. Many people spend days writing their apps. Work on your maturity and maybe some more in game knowledge. Good Luck!

If you were applying for a real job at a company, would you put this down? Noo, you wouldn't. You have to put wayyy more effort into applications. I can write a better app in 10 minutes. When I wrote my apps I took a few hours. Really try to convince me when you try to answer that question.

Overall, app was poor and did not have a lot of effort put into it.
I see you IG, mainly when you /msg to me. You seen nice but I just don't feel that you really have the right mindset. I need to see you more. Get active on all 3 aspects on the server, apply in a month or two after really working on what I and the others above have said.

You edited your application, which is looked down upon, and even sometimes an auto-denial. If you are applying for staff you should know that. Also, I have not seen you be that helpful. I've seen you more asking for help. You didn't explain to us why you stand out, and why should really be staff. Anybody could be helpful and have ideas, but what's special about you? You're not a bad person, but at this time you're not staff material.
