I'll start with the application. It was short, boring, and offered little to no insight as to who you are. The why section was 4 lines long. I don't think this is at any level good enough; in my eyes the staff application reflects on how the person is going to work. I mean, if one can't put a few hours into writing a quality staff application, why would they be able to handle a staff position?
You're an attention seeker. You have a tendency to steer global towards talking about yourself, and your life, and how cruel it is. Then, once global has moved onto another topic, you tend to steer it back at you.
And that brings me unto my next point, you seem to be an annoying "glass-half-empty" kind of person. It's like everything is a problem, the world is cruel, you're the unluckiest person in the world. I don't want you as a staff member if this is the kind of thing you contiously discuss in global.
On top of that, everyone here saying you're extremely helpful, I disagree. The only times I've ever seen you be helpful is when you're sucking up to the staff team. Which, sadly, is how you get a staff position on this server, but I dislike it.
I simply don't think you're suited to be a staff member; nor that you'd be able to handle it for very long. I also feel like you want helper for the title more than anything else.
Another point, small yes, but still a point, is your forums activity. It's been a general thing in the past for helper candidates preferably being atleast active member, preferably well-known.
All in all, it's a -1 from me, good luck though.
There are people who think I am not ready to be a helper, I think I agree with them.
