Introduction: Hello, It's me. PlatonicAscend
There are likely a multitude of players who will think this is a "troll application" and that I'm not actually being serious in terms of becoming helper. However, I'm not trolling in the slightest.
Outside of Minecraft, my actual name is Kevin B. I am currently a freshman in high school. I am semi-known in my classes as a math geek, for I do very much enjoy mathematics.
I have been playing Minecraft for about 4 years now, and have staffed on a few servers (which I won't name due to potential advertising).
And yes, I do enjoy long walks on the beach.
Why should you be Helper? As a person who commits one self to community services regularly, I strive to provide exceptional help to others when I am given the opportunity to do so.
I have plenty of experience playing on the Meepcraft server. As a member of Meepcraft since over 3 years ago, I recognize the faults and strengths of a multitude of staff members, and see what can differentiate a great staff member from a poor staff member. I know many commands which this server uses, both in Player Commands and a few of the staff commands.
I am very unbiased when it comes to justice. I will readily punish a wrongdoer, whether they are a citizen or a top rank player, be it elite, supreme, etc. However, this does not mean that I will not punish anyone I think is a wrongdoer. As staff on smaller servers on the past, I will look at extensive evidence and multiple points of view, from both the reporter and the one being reported.
I am a firm believer in Teamwork. I work well in teams almost every time I am in one. Teamwork is the fabric on which the Meepcraft staff team functions, and I understand that.
What are your weaknesses? At times, my self-control can fail me. As someone who is maturing of age, I am working to improve on it. I have at times snapped on players (Klutch and some supermods especially, which I do recognize I have done and was very reprehensible). While I am working hard to improve this, my self-control might be poor at times.
I have little experience staffing larger servers (and by larger, I mean >50 average members at peak times). I also am vague to a majority of the staff commands that the staff team uses, although I do recognize and have used some of them on other servers in the past.
Lack of References: Probably a minor flaw and not necessarily impacting of the merits I do possess.
