Is it possible to create a village inside towny?

Like I'd love to have my own village in my beta town, so I was wondering if it's possible to like create a village and help the housing/breeding process under towny plugin? or not?

Villagers wont spawn with doors and such
You cannot use zombie spawners to get zombie villagers
You can cure wild-spawned zombie villagers
Villagers do not breed.
I know its an old thread but someone else will answer stupidly and it will annoy me.
