You also can't take constructive criticism whatsoever. Most people get -1's; learn off of them.

Gummi, +1. Over the (almost) 2 years I've known you now, you've matured and become a leader. I remember when I first met you I really disliked you, you tended to always start things and never finish them. Then as the year progressed and we started talking more, the true you showed. And I knew you genuinely wanted to help this server. You genuinely have a passion for this server. The reason I have -1'ed until now though, is because I always felt that while you were on the right track, you weren't quite at the end. Well, now I definitely believe you are.

I haven't seen you alot, I don't think we officially met yet. I would love to get to know you better. You seem like a nice person and you do try to help people. However I don't see you in /g or on TeamSpeak so its a -1 from me. UPDATE I have been chatting with Go2Sleep and he is a really really nice person, and I think I haven't seen him as much because of TIME ZONES. They play a huge part of not seeing anyone play meep! Go2Sleep is a sweet and helpful person, so I'm changing my -1 to a +1. I hope we can be friends..

Oh well i didn't know you back then so this will not affect my vote.

To be honest you seem extremly mature which is really good althoug i have not seen you a lot in game, you are a friendly guy with a good intention and i like that. I think you could turn out to be a great helper no matter what the other people said.

Pros:

+ Overall a good guy.
+ Amzing application!

Cons:
- Might come off as rude to some people due to the weakness about Being straight forward, it isn't a problem if you work on it.
- Your reputation is not too good.

Staff members need to be able to handle as much heat as players feel like throwing at them, you have to be really thick skinned to be staff due to the vast number of comments made by players, I feel like this quote alone is grounds for a -1 however I will further explain myself. Having been here for the constant number of applications made by you I do feel like you are improving slowly, however I rarely see you in game any more despite playing consistently and almost never on teamspeak, I'd like to see some more improvement on these two features at least. for now it's a -1 but best of luck with your application :)

Honestly you have been qualified in the past, but you have incredibly gone down since then. You're going back to being how you were in your earlier applications, and I think the only reason why you want the position is to finish what you started. You seem less qualified now, and I want to see you try more on other things, besides your application, before I would want to see you as staff.
