New Towny.
Ideas/Rough Draft.
-Spawn
There will either be a main Spawn hub which will also be the shop area, You're allowed 3 set home's. You cannot spawn from town to town, you have to actually walk. /fly will be taken away from Ults in this world. *Suggestion* Ultimate's will earn back /fly from either reaching a specific level in the world, or completing a main quest line (Or Ultimate's just won't be given /fly at all.) Pre-made paths will riddle the landscape, allowing players to follow the path to a certain point and branching off on their own. Player's aren't allowed to build within 500 blocks of the spawn, Once players leave this 500 blocks 'save zone' it's every man for themselves. Everything beyond this point is the wilderness (Or until they make or join a town). It's basically a Wild Wild West.
-Spawn Shop
Spawn shop will have all of the essentials. Food, tools, blocks, NO SPAWNERS. Spawners will have to be silk touched and found legitimately through out the world. Players can /warp Delta to bring them back to the main world spawn, they can /back if they're lucky, if not they'll have to walk or use one of their 3 set homes they've been given. ANY RANK CAN MINE SPAWNERS.
-Wilderness
A 500 block radius around the main Delta World spawn will be a safe zone, non pvp, and untouchable. A wall, or fence marking this border will be the players indication as to when this safe zone ends (30s-1minute grace period where you can't attack other players, vice versa). It's exactly as the regular /warp wild (To a degree). You can build anywhere, break anything, mine anywhere etc etc. Ruins will be scattered around the world, mine shafts, dungeons, treasures, secrets etc etc will also be built around the world and place in either by hand and if needed by coding (just as Wild temples n such)
The idea of Abandoned towns, castles, ruins, mine shafts will serve as temporary bases for players until they can create a town to actually own that land. Theses areas will act as any wild temple, ruins. They can be raided, attacked, looted etc. It's up to the players to keep their items safe, and secure. Wild rules apply. Players won't be able to tpa to each other (Other than Staff for Staff related issues only).
So if you get raided it's was most likely skill than luck. Players must of known you were there, and they couldn't of tpa'd to each other to attack you. You also don't HAVE to build in these locations, It's the wild. The idea for them was to help give players a head start.-Starter Kits (Alpha Assumptions) Meebles and Items do not transfer from Alpha/Beta to Delta. Players start off with the same amount of money, no matter the rank.

Jobs! Just will be the same, but you start over and they don't transfer over. You could be a level 100 farmer in Alpha or Beta, but a level 10 in Delta. Same amount of jobs apply for the specific donor rank.
