You haven't been producing content much at all lately. One video on your youtube channel is fairly recent and it is your tutorial on chestshops. All your other videos are from a fairly long time ago. If helpers being brought onto the team are judged on their conduct prior to their rank being awarded, shouldn't media members be judged on this too? Your rank is not what should motivate you to make videos. Secondly, there have been reports on you on teamspeak regarding rudeness to players. Just as the rest of the staff team, media members have to show that they can be a positive impact on the community as well. My vote is a -1 here.

I'm a -1 aswell, last time you were on the Media time as many other said and saw this myself: you were just cocky and immature. I don't mean to sound rude either but my 8 (at least i think she's 8) year old sister can make a better video. There's many other reasons why I'm a -1 but I cannot mention them here.

In my comment, I will be going along the lines of double jeopardy. I am at a .5 here.
-Your video quality wasn't cream of the crop.
+I am very impressed by your speaking skills in these videos. Although it may not seem as important to others, it is a skill to be able to explain things quickly and efficiently in any video in order to keep an audience focused. I would totally stumble over my words if I had to do a tutorial!
-I have seen less and less of you on Teamspeak, and it makes me very lonely. Hint: With the consent of other players in the channel, I'm sure your friends would love to be a part of your videos(including me!).
-Ask yourself this: Have I made a clear improvement in all the problematic areas since the last time I applied?
I know this post wasn't set in stone, but hopefully I made some valid points.

In my opinion we have a good media team arm and tbh I don't see anything special in your videos it's just your tutorials which anyone can do, all you need is a screen recorder and knowledge about the server, for example @Bluapol has amazing editing skills which is pretty unique. I also find you immature and really cocky and I think if you get this position you will probably get demoted again. Huge -1

Although this shows good effort, you have not changed your immaturity/anger. I can pm you if you'd like proof. I would not trust someone like that making media trailers ect. for the server.

I feel like that reply had nothing to with my application. I also think that you don't speak for the staff team, they speak for themselves; I cold be wrong, but I don't think you have the right to claim, that the staff team would dislike someone.

Based on your actions on the server and your content/channel, I'm gonna have to go with a -1. I don't see how you got the position in the first place, and I see no reason to give you another shot.

I believe the idea of a media rank is to promote the Meepcraft server. The fact your second video is about raiding peoples towns would probably lead people away from Meepcraft.

i haven't known you for very long and i don't have ts, so i don't know what everyone else is talking about when they say you were immature. in the time i have known you, i found you nice, respective, and i haven't seen you being mean to anyone. And i think meepcraft gameplay is much more entertaining and if you give a bit more variety to all the different parts of meep, i think you could do pretty well, as well as your tutorials, which are probably pretty helpful to the newcomers. +1

A 'great guy' does not make an applicant. There are so many factors involved, simply saying +1 because he's a great guy or a good friend is letting bias show through. It can be a positive, but that shouldn't be your only reason. Just because you're a good and loyal and amazing friend doesn't mean you can be a good staff member.

I feel that you want it for the title and popularity, due to your attitude and the fact that you haven't really worked on your weaknesses (or even improving video content) at all.

Actually work on your wrongs and make them rights. Then spend a couple more weeks. Then apply.

-Horrible Quality
-Terrible Editing
-Bad commentary
-Made sponsored material (large red flag)
-Bad graphics

In all honesty, having you as media would make our server look very, very bad.

-Rudeness towards other
-Just recently bragging about all the money you have.

Definitely not stuff I would like to see in staff
