Summary of Bug: You are able to use enderpearls in the spleef arenas at spawn, which not only is an unfair advantage, but can also break the game if you teleport to the ceiling of the arena, which kicks you from the game. I don't know much about how spleef works, but I assume that this could be fixed with a single command that changes the permissions in the arenas.

The new spleef arenas have been surrounded by Barrier Blocks so entering with an enderpearl is no longer possible. Additionally using an epearl while in spleef will either display 'epearls are not allowed in this area' or it will remove you from the arena altogether. Resolved :)
