February 2015 Have you ever held a media position on another server? No Introduction: Hello, my name is Josh, but most of you know me as jrs25872. I like playing soccer, messing with technology, and making videos. Lately I have been getting back into video editing, with new programs at my disposal. When I'm not playing Minecraft, editing videos or at school, I'm usually hanging out with my friends, having some fun. Why should you be on our Media team? In June when the media team announcement went up, I was excited and thought I could do something I am passionate about for the server and have it actually be noticed. But a few weeks later there was no response. A few months ago though, when I saw the media application format come up, I decided that I should apply. I wasn't gonna apply at the time it came out though, as I wanted to see where I could improve first. But here I am now, applying. I should be a part of the media team because video editing and messing with Photoshop is what I enjoy to do. I have loads of experience with editing and sharing videos I make with people, whether that is with my friends or posting videos on YouTube. I use Premiere Pro to edit, After Effects for anything to do with most things animation, and Photoshop. I use Photoshop for making the text, as I can take advantage of Layer Styles and Tilting letters. Premiere Pro runs fast on my computer, and since it comes with Adobe Media Encoder, if I need to render 3 things at once (which I actually had to for my examples), then it simply renders all 3 videos at once. Editing for me takes 1-4 hours (depending on how long I'm trying to aim for). For anyone who is wondering where I get my music from, it comes from NoCopyrightSounds. What is the main platform that player can go and publicly view your content on, and what is your typical content comprised of? I upload mostly to YouTube, I live stream rarely on Twitch though. Not going to leave a vote because I am also applying for media, but here are things that are good and some things you need to work on:

+ Editing is ok
+ Seem like a nice person

- Overused music (yes, very overused. very) Also another thought on the music - it sounded like it was in a very low bitrate and I could tell the difference from the original song.

Bad points:
From what I heard you need to work on your maturity. I have not witnessed any immature behaviour myself though.
