Theoretically, this sounds helpful, but I doubt that it would actually work. The good thing about having to comment on staff applications to discuss these qualities, is that you need to give reasons as to why you think what you think what you think about the person. If we add a poll, or something like that, to vote on these qualities, people are going to give untruthful and unreasonable answers because of bias towards the player and/or just to troll.
