Hey ripsick, there's no doubt that you're an active and consistent player, but everyday you constantly have issues with other players and you don't seem to be very mature about it. don't get me wrong though, since you've joined the server you've improved a ton in regards to maturity, but being a staff member requires a lot more patience and leadership. I reccomend that you get to know the community better, and learn +follow all of the rules. Regarding your application, next time go more in depth as to why you "love helping people" and such. -1 , good luck (:

Intro: Tells me nothing about you. Get me interested in you, what do you do as a hobby? What grade are you in? ect.

Why you should be helper: As always, "Helping people" can be done without the "Helper" tag. Convince me why, as helper, you will effectively contribute to staff.

Weaknesses: Your weakness is not a weakness. Weaknesses are, but not limited to: Immaturity, quick to anger, bluntness ect.

Overall, from a 26-year-old I was expecting something much more.

This application was below average for a 26-year-old. You barely put any detail into your application, and I don't believe that you're 26 years old. You spell with so many acronyms.

You're acting like this is a presidential election. "If I get staff, I will help out so many players." I won't believe that unless you prove it.

-This app was really short. If you need help with applications try looking at past apps to see what a good application is compared to what a bad application contains. Try to make your applications longer with more detail. If you get lots of references that are reliable, they can sometimes give you good advice so you can have the best application possible. Editing your application after it has been submitted is frowned upon, so do your best when you first write it.
-Your choice of words is not very professional, and you play with things that aren't jokes (commands, players feelings, etc.).
-If you're not confident in helping players, how can we be confident that you'll be a good helper? A good way to get rid of this weakness is helping others in-game. Whenever someone needs a command, or help with a build, try to support them in some way. Even if you're not a helper, there's still a ton that you can do to support the server.
-Remember to follow all the rules, and try to be less ignorant to players.
Don't feel afraid to come talk to me. If you need help, just message me, or talk to me in Teamspeak.

You seem really immature for a 26 year old. Also, just then, I saw you killed KachessBae in the wild to get the 20k book she won from my slot and you said you had won it. That's not right.

Application was extremely short, and you also aren't that active in shout or in game or forums.

Hi there,
I'm at a -1.
You didn't put a lot of effort into your application, but that can easily be fixed by taking some time looking at accepted applications to see what we are looking for. Your application doesn't need to be written quickly! Take time to put detail into your application so that you can show us your best self. I do suggest getting more active on the server itself, TeamSpeak and forums so that you can get to know the community a bit more.
Aside from that, I have had an experience with you in game that wasn't the greatest. I was helping you with a simple modreq when you suddenly started to thrash out. Then you went afk for a minute or two and when you came back you said that your brother was on your account. If you imagine yourself having Helper permissions, having someone be able to get onto your account is not very good.
Nonetheless I hope you can take the advice other players have put to improve upon your weaknesses. Good luck!
