Bug: Odd bug, killed me while AFK

Date of Bug: 1/5/15, but this has happened once before. Dunno when.
Summary of Bug: I AFK'd at my guardian farm while I was doing school, which was pretty normal for me. I left it there, see first picture, for several hours.
When I came back, I was above the spot where I afk'd, where the guardians spawned. See second picture. Because I was AFK, the guardians killed me. I lost a full god tool set (TY jess for a refund). It's just weird. I cannot have done this myself on accident because I was completely away. The only way for this to semi logically have happened was for a mod to have force tp'd me up there... Which isn't logical at all, really xD

Additional information: It happened again literally as I was typing this - I DC'd and then ended up on top where the guardians were again. and that's weird as hell. I actually meant to post this hours ago, but it never actually posted. Hum.
I did DC as I went away from my computer for several hours. I came back and logged on to yet again be at the next available position directly above where I currently was.
To be clear this has never happened except for my guardian farm.
