I was with my family for a month and I lost my town. I don't have a screenshot but it was in 2013.

Hey @LIAHKIM55 can you explain a bit more? Were you only offline for 30 days? If so your town may have just fallen to taxes. Also what do you mean by "it was in 2013"? Any extra information you can give us will greatly help!

I was offline for all of november and I had 500 in town bank but it fell and I was a real noob then.And I had it in 2013.

So you started your town in 2013 or it fell in 2013? Also your towny data may have been reset if you were offline for 60 days.

There's a thing called "Daily Upkeep" where your town has to pay money each day to thrive by how much land you've claimed so far. If you claimed a whole ton and only put 500 meebles in the bank, that's probably the reason why your town died. It was to the daily upkeep.

@Toostenheimer is correct. Your town likely fell to daily upkeep, unless you were offline for 60 days then you were automatically wiped. Ill keep this open for a few more days in case you think it was a bug and not the upkeep. If you can give us more details that'll definitely help.

If your town was there, every building, plot, and whatever was there would be still there by now.
They can't refund you for your town if this was almost three years ago with no proof.

Again, your town fell and staff can't refund you for that because of Daily Upkeep. You stated you only put 500 meebles in the bank and it fell because of having little cash. If this happened almost three years ago, why didn't you report it then and there? If you built nothing in your town, staff can't refund you 200k for a fallen town with nothing in it. It's probably land for another town now, so there's nothing they can do about it.

Again, you're not fully reading my post. Staff can't refund you your town if it fell by itself likely due to Daily Upkeep. You have no proof what it was called and how many residents there were. I don't care if you were a noob then, it was due to the fact Daily Upkeep was more likely to take down your town. Staff only refund if it was deleted by the mayor with no warning.
