Introduction: Hello I am AgarBurst! I live on ontario, canada.The school that i go to is Alton Village Public School. I am in grade 5. Some of my favorite subjects are Gym art and science.The sports the i play are Hockey, basketball and soccer. I have joined some clubs like volleyball, arts and craft and robotics club. I have 4 people in my family: my mom, dad, sister and me. What i wish i want to be in the future is a Agar.io youtuber. I am in house leauge for hockey and the team i am in is the boston Bruins. I play at the Wave. I started hockey about 5 monthes ago.

What i like to do best is hockey and youtube searching.

Why should you be Helper? I have won 3 times leadership cards at school(you know that card thing where u get at ur school right).I help others at school and outside like holding the door, pick up things people droped and give it to them back and etc.
I think i should be a helper because i am nice and helpful. When i see some one lonely outside felling sad, i go up to them and ask them y they are sad and i also stand up for other people when the being bullyed. I am more then a 10 year old kid, i am a helpful Leader!

What are your weaknesses? Well i kinda have a sort of anger issue inside my house but it wont happen in meepcraft cause meep is a family. together we can do anything! I also kinda have a spelling issue that most of u have but idc right?

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I am so srry that i cantplay on the week days. I just have to much homework to do. The reason i could play before was cause it was winter break! Thanks for Reading! And i wish u a happy new Year!

Not on during the weekdays. This is 5 days out of the week. Therefore you will only be on 2 days of the week.
"I should be helper because I am helpful and nice" This right here is application suicide. Never say any way shape or form of "I think I should be helper cause I like to help"

I'm going to give you a -1 for a few reasons.
-Because you're not as active during the weekdays, not only may you miss certain important dates, but people don't know you as well.
-While this application has useful content, it would be nice if you added more detail. I would like to know more of your advantages. I would also feel better if your weaknesses were more in depth. Try looking at other applications that people have posted, so you will know what people are looking for as far as content goes, and it will give you a good idea on how long an application should be.

Correct grammar is more professional, and it makes it easier for people to understand you. While I myself do not have perfect grammar, I would suggest refraining from using acronyms and remembering your capitals. Think about it: if you're applying for a real job, would they accept something that is poorly written?
-When you apply, try to get a few references. Not only will it make the application better, but your friends can also tell you if you're right for the job. They can help you edit the application before submitting it, and give you some nice pointers. However, remember to be honest while writing your references, because if people find out that the references aren't real, it makes you look really bad.
-It is really great to see a kid as well-rounded as you grow up in society. It's always great to see leadership skills, and that is actually something I pride myself in as well. I encourage you to do what you're doing, because you're headed in the right direction. Happy New Years to you as well!

This would not help the staff team, staff members should be able to get on at least a few hours daily.

So you can be a leader. That's great. But you're not going to be a leader, you're going to be working in part of an equal team.
You're helpful. That's great. So am I. but that's not a good reason.

even over the winter break I did not see you active. Maybe it was because I was playing ESO half of those days. Maybe you weren't talking. I don't know which, or both, but either way you should be super active on all 3 aspects of the server before applying.

Your activity is a major red flag. Staff members need to be able to dedicate at least a little bit of time each day to the server. You claim that you cannot play for five days out of seven. That is not a good thing.

Your age doesn't bother me. We have had young staff members before. What does bother me is the simplicity of the application. Why should they choose you over the other nice people on the server?

You seem to be a nice person, but your activity is a major concern.

Credit to you for applying and you do seem to have the qualities needed to be staff.

Unfortunately your age is a bit of a liability only because the majority of players are older and will take advantage. You do come across as older than 10 but the ability to be staff needs to be looked at by ability and skills to do the job. Life experiences are what we learn from and you just have a bit more learning to do. Look at what you know now compared to 8 and what you will learn by the time your 12.
