Hey there. I'll be a -1 for the following reasons.
First, your introduction. Your introduction was alright, you told us what you like, but try tell us more. Also, please fix the lack of full stops.
Your why section. This is an important section because it tells us why you are writing this application. This was extremely short and all I got from that was that you are helpful. Elaborate more on how you are helpful, your involvement on the server, work ethic and dedication. These are just a few points most people write about in their applications.
Your weaknesses. You only stated your weaknesses, you should have explained how you will overcome them as the time goes by. You can't just have a weakness and let it be, you have to improve. How can you stop being shy and how can you have more patience?
Overall, application was short. I have also never seen you on the server or forums. TeamSpeak is also required for interview and staff meetings etc so I recommend downloading it here.
