Disable /random warping into towns

I am suggesting that using /random should not teleport people into active towns.

Well it's random for a reason. Having to remake a simple command such as "/random" into something that would take in consideration proximity to a town plot seems like a lot of work for little effect.

Why do you suggest that?

I suggest this so people cant use /random to warp into private towns or buildings in towny.

Let's wave a cane and yell, "Git offa ma lawn!!" while we're at it. It kinda defeats the purpose of playing on a server if you're not going to allow any visitors.

Anyway, what will you do to keep out Ultimates or users of a /fly note?

Will /random really get you into a private building? I've never experienced that. That only happens to me when I use a portal to come back from the Nether.
