Hey Blue! I'll be giving you a -1 for the following reasons.
First, your introduction. Surprisingly this was great, I learnt more about you. But like Muunkee said, refrain from using smileys in your application, they make you seem immature.
Secondly, your why. You say you are familiar with PvP which is good, but the only other thing from your app that I caught on to was you love helping. Everyone who applies loves helping, you should explain more WHY you want to help. Possible sections to write in a why section would include Work ethic, involvement, dedication etc...
Lastly, your weaknesses. You have said your weaknesses, being aggressive and shy, but how are you going to overcome that? Every weakness has a remedy even if it takes forever. If you tell us how you overcome them it shows us you are trying to improve to a better you.
Overall, I have seen you once or twice on forums and in game, but boost your activity, and definitely work on your maturity.
