Although you seem like you are determined, you don't have what it takes to be helper:
-Regarding Your Play Time
Being on one hour a day, and then 11 hours on the weekend is not beneficial to Meep. On the weekends, many staff are already free and are on meep ready to answer modreq's.
-Regarding Teamspeak
Teamspeak is crucial when it comes to testing your helpfulness and maturity. Aside from the fact that Teamspeak is needed for the interview, it is needed in certain modreq cases even after you are helper. Without Teamspeak, even if you were truly ready for helper, it would be a no-go.
-Regarding Your introduction
Your intro told me nothing about you as a person. Tell me about your life. What are your qualities? What are your hobbies or what do you do for a living (or in your free time)? If I don't know about you as a person, I can't judge as well wether you are mature and ready for this staff job (age says nothing about maturity).
-Regarding Why you should be helper
Convince me. Just being kindhearted and helping newbies isn't what is needed as helper. If it were, Meep would have a trillion helpers. In fact, you can do that even without the helper rank. Do you have what it takes to handle more serious problems such as minor griefs, tp kills etc.?
-Regarding Your Weaknesses
Your weaknesses section isn't really weaknesses. Try to keep it strictly to things such as immaturity, quick to anger etc. Not being able to access your computer often should go somewhere else in your app, and not having social media doesn't matter when it comes to being helper.
Overall, huge -1.
