Sometime around March or May 2015 Introduction: Hi my I game name is Foxen but in real life my name is Joshua, I know a few may not trust me but I try not to make ppl upset or have argue elements, but if someone says something that's not right then I don't hold my ground. I like to make friends and would love to keep them. I like building but I would love to help out in anyway I can. Sure I have a few flaws such as age and stuff but I try to put that behind me. Why should you be Helper? I hope to be helped because I like to jump at the chance of helping someone, as long as there is a way to help. If there isn't a way, then I make a way. I can be up for the job of making ppl able to help themselves such as donating if ppl are skint and are about to lose their plot. Or just generally doing something to help. What are your weaknesses? My weaknesses are bieng accused of doing something because I hardly take screenshots or videos of me doing things. Also my weeknesses are the that sometimes I can get a bit emotional, say someone is saying they are getting someone to change something affecting other ppl I get a little bit grouchy and unsure, fortunately I calm down over night Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I love to help ppl especially if they ask me, but sometim s ppl beat me to it and I can't do anything to help which makes me kinda upset.I would be grateful if you commented honestly below, thank you

Your intro was basically the beginning to your Why section. You didn't talk about yourself at all and all you talked about was "I like this" or "I love doing this".
On Landon's helper application, you told metronome that his statement didn't have proof, so his statement couldn't be valid. They were true facts about Landon's past and you can't call them invalid. You didn't know about them.
You're immature, judging from the way this application was typed and by your age. Your first weakness isn't even a weakness and your Why section made no sense to me.

Hello Grey!
I've seen you online and talking to players. I don't see you doing anything bad or hurtful. I'm glad that you like to help people! I can also see that you are more experienced with this server than some. You're a true and lovely player!
Here's a couple things to improve upon:
-Maybe try to wait until you get home to make the staff application. Call me a grammar critic, but using acronyms like "ppl" and missing letters looks unprofessional. I couldn't really understand what you were saying as far as weaknesses go. I totally get it that you're itching to get your hands on this rank (which isn't necessarily a bad thing), but if you want to help others they're going to have to understand what you're saying.
-Try to put more thought into your application. It's a good start, but think about what you're going to need in order to be a staff member. It's great that you want to help people, but explain how you're capable of helping. You're going to need more detail. Don't feel too bad about this bullet because lots of people forget valuable information (including myself).
-I'm pretty sure it's a requirement to have Teamspeak if you want to be helper. It's totally fine if you don't want to talk, but you're going to have to have it if you want to be interviewed or learn about other players.
-I'm glad that you were honest about your references not really being references, but at the same time, I'm dissapointed that you didn't actually talk to these people about being references. Don't be afraid to gain true references because they can help you with the application process, and give you an automatic +1.
-Try to be more active on all three formats of Meepcraft. I'm not going to put more emphasis on this because this is a personal visual. It's not what others have seen, or watched you do.
-Once you have your application handed in, it's handed in. Yes, you can edit it, but I've been given the impression that it's discouraged. People can criticize you for it a lot more than you think. Think about it in real life: if you're applying for a job, and you've turned the application in, it's in. There's not even an option to scratch things out or add something.

I'm gonna finish it off here then, sorry I forget to add detail before I finished:
Intro continue: I am 12 years old and can sometimes be ignorant, but a couple mins after that I start to regret saying that. In real life I don't have too many friends but the friends I do have actually enjoy having me around. I take a while to understand the changes in things and sometimes depending on good or bad, can react. But I always learn from my mistakes of the past, to help stop ones in the future. I have a few habits and a few flaws but that's not enough to stop me from moving on. I hope that goes into deeper detail. Thank you for your consideration to read this.
