Bug: Jumping out of HG Spawn

Date of Bug: Since HG Spawn Jump Boost was Added?
Summary of Bug: In the Hunger Games spawn, there is some parkour which is extremely easy to beat since players have jump boost. You can use these parkour blocks to jump out of the HG spawn.
This is a very simple fix, simply take out the totally unnecessary parkour, remove jump boost, or add barrier blocks (or a combination).
