At home we are trying to sell our house, my parents are discussing whether to use a real estate agent or not. This brought up the idea of a new addition to the towny plugin.
What if there was a command that showed all the towns that were for sale? This could be toggled by the owner of the town and perhaps be even able to put a description of the town that is for sale (not in the town board).

A beautiful town with 40 residents and a 9 plot spawn. (Can be customized by the mayor)
This can reduce the amount of chat spam of people selling and buying towns in the /tr chat.
This is simply an idea and please post more suggestions to help further this idea.
