Evilalec, every application you post doesn't show me that you've improved. It gets more worse each time.

Am I the only one that finds this incredibly false? No, you don't help. You don't even BOTHER in trying to help other players.
I love helping new and old players get to explore the vast meepcraft community problem free.

Again, another false statement. The community can't stay problem free. Just because you 'love to help new and old players' doesn't show me that you can actually make a difference on the server. Don't pull the cliche of "I love to help", it's annoying.
Like Bob said, one of your weaknesses may be a weakness for you. You never really try to work on your weaknesses, which also makes me feel uncomfortable with you as a staff member.
You never bother in trying to improve. You think you do, but in reality, you don't and you just become more worse at being a staff member as time goes on.
