Pwarp additions

Okay so my idea is that we make the /pwarp function better.. So first we could add /pwarp ban (player) which would ban a player from that certain pwarp, only the owner and co owners of that pwarp can do that. Then we could add /pwarp promote/demote to promote or demote a existing promoted player. It's really annoying when people that are banned from a pwarp will not leave and I have to get a staff to make them leave.

EDIT: it should also add /pwarp stop to stop the players from coming to that pwarp

I think only the owners of the pwarp should have /pwarp ban (player). There also should be a reason why

Or you could replace /pwarp promote/demote to /pwarp kick (player), which gives a player three warnings to leave every 10 seconds or so (can be longer if needed). And if the players don't leave, they are automatically sent to spawn.

How would this work? (/pwarp kick).. A pwarp is 1 block? Also, Some1 could abuse this so easily, I could go to Diana's shop for example and make a pwarp there, Then just /pwarp kick whenever I see anyone...

for the owner of the pwarp to promote a friend so said friend can ban people from that pwarp
