When did you join Meepcraft? April 2015

Introduction: Hello its ThePugQueen. I currently attend 8th grade at school and I mostly enjoy it. My favorite subjects are history and science. Apart from this I also enjoy hobbies such as figure skating, art, reading and playing minecraft. I was introduced to the Meepcraft community shortly after purchasing minecraft itself, therefore I have learnt almost everything I know about minecraft on this server. Even though I haven't been playing on this server as long as some people I love playing on it just as much. I have owned a town in alpha called Pugville and currently own a town in alpha called PugKingdom. I have made many friends through the minecraft and teamspeak server and I enjoy building things as challenges for myself. Once I even tried to quit Meep after I was spending too much time on minecraft. I gave away all my items and money, shut my laptop and walked away. Only to come back less than 10 minutes later, reload minecraft and start to look for my stuff. That's when I realised i had an addiction. Not a bad one though, I was addicted the the friendly and fun way of actually playing the game. So I decided to keep playing on Meep, just a little less often (which is still pretty often)

Why should you be Helper? I should he a helper because...
I have owned and had ranks in multiple towns therefore I have good experience with interacting with players, even when they are in a bad mood or frustrated.
when I had my residential town I would be calm and welcoming to new residents, I would always give them a tour of the town, find them the perfect plot and get them started on their houses.
I am helpful. Whenever someone asks a question in global chat I try my hardest to provide the best answer I can and often google it for them so I can msg it to them. I have helped friends with building houses, casinos and even entire towns. If someone is new to the server I am eager to help them out.
I am energetic and involved. I frequently participate in minigames and all events help in MeepCraft. Recently I entered Shains x-mas build comp and I am enjoying building my entry.
I am dedicated to the server. I don't really play on any other servers besides Meep, I don't really even play single player. No other servers have been able to make me want to play minecraft this much.
Lastly I have never been banned, ever! (well not that I know of).

What are your weaknesses? One of my weaknesses as cheesy as it sounds is that i can't stop giving stuff away. Whenever someone asks for help with materials or something I generally just give it to them instead of telling them how to find it or make the money to buy it.
one other this is that I don't know everything. however if I ever run into trouble while trying to answer a question I have my trusty friend google by my side.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: My teamspeak broke, so thats why I haven't been on recently however I fixed it, so I will now be way more active on teamspeak. I am also a little shy on ts so I will often be there just not talking as much.
I am also on summer holidays for the next 6 weeks so I can be super active.

I really do feel that you can handle this position, this was also one of the more better apps I've seen from a 13 year old. However I haven't really seen much of you recently and I need to be able to judge something, because we want to know who we're gonna let in this team and what type of person theyll be, but that can't really happen because of activity issues. This may be because of awkward timezones, but usually I am on when people that are in Australia on. Just please work on your activity.

It's an alright app.
That first weakness isn't really a weakness.
I haven't seen you on TS, IG, or on forums at all. Work on activity server-round, be sure to make your server knowledge great, and all of those things.

Ok I agree I haven't been very active on teamspeak lately because it was broken and I had to try and fix it, It is now fixed so I am active on ts again. However one thing I forgot to mention is that I am kinda shy on ts, but I am often there just not talking :)
I also think awkward timezones are the reason for ingame inactiveness, if you are ever on and /seen me you will see that I have been on recently.
Except I do agree with not being active on forums, I have been and will try harder to be more active on this platform of meep. Sorry

Hi there!
I like how you tried to be specific with your strengths. It was a sweet intro and "getting to know you" section. What I really disliked was your weakness section. You pretty much said your weakness is how generous you are. You need to be honest and frank about where you're lacking. :) I'd like to see more from you, and in a possible next application I'd like to see less fluff and more details.

Also- what kind of figure skating do you do? I competed through high school. I love meeting people who skate!

I was lucky enough to have Pug on my town staff. I can confirm that her comments in "why I should be helper" are if anything an understatement of how well she handles her responsibilities. Any time she was uncertain of what to do or felt she didn't have the authority, she checked with me first. She didn't have to be told twice either. An absolute pleasure to work with. I cannot think of one issue we had but plenty of problems she resolved, often on her own initiative

I would have no problem naming a weakness as I know Pug would take it as constructive criticism, such is her attitude, however I struggle
to think of one, despite knowing her very well.

I have now doubt she would bring the same constructive and helpful attitude to the staff team. Another benefit is her time zone (Australian) and I believe Meep could do with more support during the hours she is active. You cant have to much support.

This is a opportunity for the server staff to recruit a strong team player

You are very nice to talk to, you handle situations calmly and with a good attitude. One major advantage is that you live in a different time zone, and I remember seeing you often when I was staying up late on Meep (when most staff in the US aren't on). While I think you have the maturity and requirements, I would try and get a bit more experience on what it takes to be helper by asking the existing staff for advice.

Having -1 with not seeing players on TS and in game is stupid, keep in mind I rarely see you two in game ansd TS except for @Muunkee when I am online all I see is you having arguments with other players but I will not judge you on that. I say this towards all players that do the -1 for players activity in game and such. Maybe have a look with /seen if you think they are online at the same time so you could then back it up.

When you first posted this application, I did not know much about you. I didn't know how to feel.
However, you have introduced yourself to me. You're very lovable and friendly. I can totally trust you in being a staff member!

I'll be frank, the application was not up to my standards, however I've realized that it's not that important when choosing staff.
Be honest about your weaknesses, no being "too nice" doesn't qualify as a weakness, if you can't even criticize yourself, how will you take criticism from other people.
Introduction was okay, it wasn't by any means any useful info, but that's alright, it's not too important, and it's not like you can say anything worth reading there.
Your "why" section was a little repetitive if you ask me, I mean everyone submitting their application on here writes about how they love helping and do it all the time, maybe in the future you should try to distinct yourself from the other players because at this point I don't see anything special you would have to offer that the other candidates wouldn't.
-0.5 for now, but you do have some potential, so don't be discouraged if you don't make it, instead try to improve on what I've said and I'll change my vote to a +1

Pug you are no doubt a really nice player, but we feel you need to work on your activity on teamspeak, and general towny knowledge before applying again.
There are other reasons, that you can get by messaging any staff. Denied.
