jammer737866 sold me a rank for 430k and i paid him but he didn't give me the rank I filed a modreq and they banned him after looking at logs. They told me I would get a refund but it would take like a week so they could finalize the report. ThenI filed a modreq looking for an update and they said if I were to get a refund I needed to put it on here.

Thank you for the refund request, it will be taken care of as soon as possible. For future reference when a modreq is filed and a player is banned there is not need to do a refund request, as it is part of the ban report.

I don't know the full story, but just for future ref:

Try to buy ranks from people who have VIP+ ranks (if they don't, it's less likely they will follow through with the transaction because it's less proof that they can actually buy the rank).

Have a mini interview with them on TeamSpeak. Ask them a bunch of questions. If they aren't willing to do that, I wouldn't buy from them regardless of their rank.
