Smshortstack I just started playing Meep again a few weeks ago, and I'm not sure of all the perks that the ranks have now. So we should implement /perks which would sort of be like /help but shows all the perks that you have unlocked at that rank.
Muunkee This isn't bad, but the staff are making a book for this already, including perks and guides.
