I think I should be helper because, although I do have some history I love to help people and am always paying attention to chat so Ill always know when somone is need in help, Also I usually play late at night on the weekends so I can be on when less staff are What are your weaknesses? My number one weakness is being a Pisces. This to me can be a weakness because I have a strong sense for others feelings, which is good but could always be used against me. Not only that, you aren't very helpful towards others in global, which is a huge aspect of being Helper.

Thanks for the feed back, I will admit that I am Indeed better than this, I rushed it and didn't thoroughly revise it. I will take my time and think hard about what I want to say. I understand the -1 for all of your reasons, the only part in your response that irritates me is the comment, "you were not ready for even a more simple media position". This comment irritates me because, yes I acted immuture and abusive while being media, but I personally am a strong believer in change, I believe I have changed. You and other staff/players may not see it yet because you can only see me as a name on a screen, but in the real world I have change entirely. Going into 10th grade I've matured greatly because I finally realized that the way others perceive me regarding education and maturity does indeed matter. When I was Media, I was overwhelmed because I have never had a position on any server before and the publicity and judgement got to me. However this being said, its most definitely not an excuse for my behavior as media, that was due to lack of maturity which I believe now, I have somewhat grasped. Your -1 is entirely understandable and actually necessary because after personally viewing my application I would have -1 it myself; I must also say that this will not deter me from continuing to apply for any staff positions. Once again thank you for your feedback.

Like iiTzJDL says, you were demoted from Media for being immature. Your activity has decreased tremendously since then, and I have never seen you anywhere.
An average 15-year-old could type a much better application because this is below average.

You should know by now that you should NEVER use an overused cliche like this in your application. You didn't fully explain how you help on the server. You gave the basic, annoying sentence of "I want to be a helper because I like to help".

From what I read, you said that being a Pisces is a weakness because you have a sense for others feelings, which apparently can be good and can be used against you. I don't understand how that scenario works in that situation, because it's OK to have a "strong sense" for other people's feelings.

Sgt.Clookers, you are a very very good friend of mine, I don't want to hurt you but I will have to say -1. I believe you are not ready at all, I do not believe that you always follow the rules. You did get demoted from media for being immature, now I know people jut say that for an excuse but I mean you kinda are.Also, you are inactive you are on sometimes but when you are its just advertising in global, in that you do not help people in global either.Also, the app sucked :c you can do so much better! After the other day when you went on a rampage at me for not banning someone after they were already being banned by someone else shows me you arent ready. I dont / wont vote along woth the other staff, but personally I feel you have the knowledge but not the maturity.

We dont ban on sight. We talk and reason first which I dont see you doing. If someones angry or being toxic, theirs usually a reason. Maybe they lost something or maybe they want attention. Its our job to find out why and correct it, not just ban.
