In Conclusion, I paid $30 for nothing. Evidence of Bug: Additional information: I also, messaged Fuzzlr in the hub about the issue. But I got no response. I'm very sorry for the lack of evidence.

Uhhhm.
VIP has not been any different than $10 (except for during sales) since I joined. That was almost 2.5 years ago.

You're gonna need a receipt for this. Be sure to cover up personal info like your name/address, but do not cover the transaction ID.
You should have had an email send from paypal.
