I am going to break down my reasons for not giving you a +1, These may seem "harsh" but it's just reality and my habit of brutal honesty.
I play consistently on this server in various times throughout the day, and can honestly say I have no idea who you are as I have never heard of you. In being at various times, day and night. I can easily say the "timezone" excuse is not a factor here.
You have abused glitches and have the distrust of the higher ups in the chain of moderator command, which in of it self is a big red flag for me as they see more than I do. While I do not take what they say at face value. Abusing a glitch for personal gain is what it is, it's just that.
You claim to be 20 years old, yet wrote the application as if you were 10 years old. At the age of "20" I would expect you to be more articulate.
You have failed to acknowledge any weaknesses in your self to such an extent that you claim that falling in parkour is a personal weakness.
If I were to list my weaknesses in the name of brutal honesty I can safely list them as such;

• Can be thought of as cocky from time to time
• Quick to anger
• Can be immature at times
• Drinks *which can frequently lead to the last two weaknesses*
• I can be considered to be "Blunt" at times, which I fully agree with. I don't like to beat around the bush or sugar coat what I tell people. And will be 100% honest with them, rather they like it or not.
• I work on call so I can be either very active or away at any given time, even when dealing with a player.
• I despise kitpvp and terrarium and rule regulated pvp with every fibre of my being. *This does not seem like a weakness at face value, but it would show that I would not appreciate being posted to help with situations involving pvp related things outside of the wild.*

The above are the kinds of weaknesses you should be listing, not the paltry one liner you put up. If I was an employer and I saw you hand me a resume in this format, I would throw it directly into the paper shredder.

Is not the place to put some .gif file from a random anime you found. It is a place to really try to convince people that you are fit for the position. You are here to get approval to be in a position of power in a community. Not just posting already available information stated previously in your application, and if that was in error. Then I will not apologize still because that is the stuff you should take care to check on.
Frankly I can go on much further into detail of why I am giving you a big fat, "no" but I think these are things you need to hear. Because if you really are 20 years old and this is how you act in real life. You will never find a job as no employer in the right state of mind looks for that.
Take this advice how ever you want, be it negative or positive. Just know that it is the cold hard truth into reality in and outside of a video game community.
Learn from this and better your self. Until you can do that. My answer will be a dead set;
