Allow mayors to change the town/ plot's biome (to let it look better)
Sometimes, a coin of a plot is another biome ( a jungle biome town, all green; a plot with half jungle and half taiga ruined all).
Reason why I suggest this:
1- will not affect anything: economy, power abuse, inequality....
2-will not be that complexe, just a command: /plot set biome and /plot set biome reset
3-will not cause lag, this is the same thing in creative: if that causes lag, I have nothing to say, the server sucks (except a bunch of mayors are changing biome at the same time)
4-some towns will looks MUCH BETTER (mine is one)
