Add kits that have a one hour cooldown, then a better one with a one day cool down, then an op one with a one month cooldown. The kits should be better, but all swords or all archers, so there is a weakness.
Once this is done, you could make it so all donors can use the hourly one once every five minutes to have old players be happier
