The second part you pretty much already said in your introduction. Your why section is awful, and it should be more about why they should pick you over others and what special qualities do you have that would greatly benefit the server and the staff team.

You are very desperate for staff and you begged for likes. That is a complete no-no and not staff material.

Your weakness and Why? section were only about dealin with hackers. Nothing else. It sounds like you want to be a ban happy staff member. Why? Two sections explain it. You want every hacker/"hacker" banned.

We are denying this application as we would like to see improve in a few aspects before you become staff. First of all, we would love to see you put more effort into your application. It helps us get to know you better. Secondly, we would like to see you improve on your maturity.
