So I was playing meepcraft as I always do, and this guy, "LegendaryAckAck" offers me 2mil for Exclusive so I said deal! But he said he would pay me later so I decided sure why not. Well soon after (Its been weeks) he has not even payed a dime! He has now quit Meepcraft! I want my money refunded please.

You won't get your IRL money refunded because that's basically a chargeback, you don't take donations back.

the player can be banned for scam though and your mils be given to you

this or they would need to look through chatlogs which is a pain to do.
