Roguewarrior, I have a very simple question for you, already knowing that this is a case of "Layaway"
you only paid him part of it. To the point where you still owe him in fact 170k meebles.
Layaway dictates that he will not relinquish the product until paid in full.
Layaway simply means that he has it on hold for you until it's paid off so that the rank money is reserved for you.
If this case was an instance where you paid him the full 550k in one chunk or finished the layaway and did not get the rank within a reasonable time. I have to put emphasis on "reasonable". Then you would have a stronger case here. Although I am not a staff member and do not have the final say.
I deem this refund request invalid unless further proof can be acquired.
